Actress Jodie Turner-Smith, 37, has filed for divorce from husband Joshua Jackson, 45, after four years of marriage.
She cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split and hired celebrity divorce lawyer Laura Wasser.
Jodie has requested joint custody of their three-year-old daughter Janie and no spousal support, as they have a prenuptial agreement.
The couple separated on September 13, shortly after making public appearances together in New York.
They had attended New York Fashion Week and celebrated J. Crew's 40th anniversary.
Jodie and Joshua got married in December 2019, having started dating in October 2018 and getting engaged.
Joshua revealed that Jodie had proposed to him in 2021 during an appearance on The Tonight Show.
The couple welcomed their daughter in April 2020.
Jodie spoke about their whirlwind relationship, keeping it secret during her film release of "Queen and Slim."
Their marriage ended despite their public appearances and recent events together.
