Refund and Returns Policy

Products must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you entered it.The item must be in the original packaging with all factors and accessories included. Evidence of purchase (tab or damage) is needed for all returns

1.Non-Returnable

  • Particulars damaged by abuse, neglect, or an unauthorized form won’t be returned.

2.Return policy:

  •  Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including any attestation, primers, and accessories.
  • Send the package to the address given in the return instructions.
  • Guests are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a disfigurement or error on our parts
  • Return process takes 5 to 7 business days

3.Refund policy:

  • Once your return is entered and audited, we will send you a dispatch to notify you of the blessing or rejection of your refund.
  • Still, your refund will be reused, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original system of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • If approved. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Still, the cost of return shipping will be subtracted from your refund if you accept a refund
  • We only replace particulars if they’re imperfect or damaged. However, if you need to change an item for the same product.
